Among the team we have inspectors that are also ICC Code Certified Inspectors, a State Licensed Appraiser, A State Licensed Branch III Structural Pest Control Inspector, a State Licensed Structural Engineer a State Licensed Geothecnical Engineer, an Electrician, State Licensed Contractors and a Mechanical Engineer. A number are litigation consultants and Superior Court approved Expert Witnesses in Inspector Standards of Practice, Inspector Standard of Care and Construction Defects.
